3. Ordinance No. 32 dated September 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending the Position Title of Local Legislative Assistant II (LLA II) and Sections 2, 3, 5 of Ordinance No. 23, Series of 2021 Entitled ‘An Ordinance Creating the Position of Local Legislative Assistant II (LLA II) Salary Grade 8/1 in the Office of the Secretary to the Sanggunian and Inclusion of Such Position in the List of the Plantilla of Personnel Under the Office of the Secretary to the Sanggunian and Providing Funds Thereof”’.

Alameda, Sr, Vice Governor, all of this Province, dated September 29, 2022, requesting for the passage of Resolution authorizing the Honorable Provincial Governor, this Province to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur, with the Department of Health-CHD CARAGA, represented by Dr. Cesar S. Cassion, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, for the provision of one (1) portable Digital X-ray for Marihatag District Hospital, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Alameda, Sr, Vice Governor, all of this Province, dated September 29, 2022, requesting for the passage of a Resolution requesting the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for an allocation of funds for the the flood-mitigation projects in Ban-as River and Tiguis Creek, both of Lianga, Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
