13. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province, dated September 20, 2022, forwarding to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, a copy of a letter of Datu Saljos Florio S. Josafat, Jr., City Chieftain, Bislig City, this Province, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor and Hon. Conrad C. Cejoco, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, 2nd District, both of this Province, requesting assistance and support to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan in resolving the issues and concerns of Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICC/IPs) of the said City, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

14. Ordinance No. 30 dated September 13, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Declaring the Third Friday of September of Every Year as Official Teacher’s Day in the Municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur and Appropriating Funds Thereof”.

1. Letter of Mr. Leomides R. Villareal, Regional Director, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), dated September 16, 2022, addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, pertaining to Resolution No. 43-22, Series of 2022 dated July 19, 2022 entitled “Earnestly Requesting Director Leomides R. Villareal, Regional Director, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Butuan City, CARAGA Region XIII to Consider the Review of the Approved Survey Plan PSU-13-000277(AR) Surveyed for the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) by Excluding the Area Reserved for the Campus of North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) - Bislig City Campus, Bislig City, this Province”. He informed the Body that the DAR Provincial Office of Surigao del Sur did not pushed through the coverage of the above-mentioned landholding due to some land classification concerns. Further, they confirmed that the recommendation of PARPO Bautista for the exclusion of the area originally reserved for the NEMSU Campus, subject to segregation survey. He also noted that the latter has already appeared in the office last September 8, 2022 to clarify and resolve the matter, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

2. Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2022-110 dated July 27, 2022 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the TV5 Network, Inc., requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcast (DTTB) Station in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur. The applicant further requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. It is also informed that the hearing was held last September 12, 2022, (Monday) at Ten o’clock in the morning at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant has presented its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
3. Returned Resolution from the Philippine Postal Corporation mailed by the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Capitol Hills, Telaje, Tandag City, this Province, addressed to Col. Royina M. Garma, General Manager, PCSO, 4th Floor Sun Plaza Building, 1507, Princeston Street Corner Shar Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, containing SP Resolution No. 39-22 entitled “Authorizing Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province to Open a New Account in the Name of PCSO-Provincial Share-Province of Surigao del Sur with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Tandag Branch, Tandag City Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Executed Between the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes (PCSO) and the Province of Surigao del Sur and Designating Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor and Mrs. Fermina D.
