10. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor dated September 6, 2022, addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, forwarding the communication from Ms. Charmaine Mae D. Baconga, Executive Director, Balay Mindanaw Foundation, Inc., dated August 1, 2022, informing the Body that Balay Mindanaw Foundation, Inc. with office address at Balay Caraga, Purok 2, La Purisima, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur and with the main office address at Door 2, 53-A, 12th Street Zone 2, Upper Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, would like to seek for a re-accreditation, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

1. Letter of Atty. Kahlil L. Lamigo, Officer In Charge, Port Management Office of Agusan, Philippine Ports Authority, Port Operations Building, Port Area, Port of Nasipit, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, dated August 31, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, referring to SP Resolution No. 66-22, dated July 26, 2022 entitled “Earnestly Requesting the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), Butuan City, Caraga Region XIII for a Profile of All Ports Under its Management and Jurisdiction Including Private Ports in the Province of Surigao del Sur”. The latter informed the Body that the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) does not have Regional Offices, instead they have Port Management Offices, which have jurisdiction over a certain area. Considering that the said request pertains to ports in Surigao del Sur, the Body may refer to the website of PPA-PMO Surigao: https:ppasurigao.weebly.com., for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
