Ordinance No. BP-02 dated August 18, 2022 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Reverting to the Unappropriated Surplus of the General Funds, the Unexpended/Unutilized Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) in the Trust Fund of the Municipality of Tago Covering Fiscal Years 2015 and 2016 in the Total Amount of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (P400,000.00)”.
2. Ordinance No. BP-03 dated August 18, 2022 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Reverting to the Unappropriated Surplus of the General Funds, the Unexpended/Unutilized Capital Outlay for Fiscal Years 2020-2021 of the Municipality of Tago, in the Total Amount of One Million Seventy Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Five Pesos (P1,078,845.00)”.

5. Letter of Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, dated August 19, 2022, requesting for the enactment and passage of an Ordinance for the following requests from the Provincial Human Resource Management Office, this Province; viz:
1. Creation of New Position and its Corresponding budgetary requirements for the Provincial Environment & Natural Resources Office; and
2. Scrap and Build for the Provincial Health Office and its corresponding budget.
Attached is the letter-request of Mr. Ace R. Orcullo, Provincial Human Resource Management officer, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Ordinance No. 100 dated June 28, 2022 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Regulating the Catching, Possession, Transporting, Trading & Selling of Puerulus, Juvenile, Marketable and Gravid Spiny Lobster Species (Palinuridae) Using Superlight or Fishing Light Attractors Within the Municipal Water of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur, Creating Task Force, Allocating Funds, Defining Prohibited Acts, Imposing Penalties for Violations Thereof and for Other Related Purposes”.

8. Ordinance No. 101 dated June 28, 2022 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Enacting Tourism Code of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur, Prescribing Tourism Fees & Charges, and Penalties for Violations Thereof”.

1. Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2022-072 dated June 22, 2022 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of Allied Broadcasting Center, Inc., requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain 1 Kw FM Radio Broadcast Station in Tandag City, Surigao del Sur. The applicant further requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. It is also informed that the hearing was held last July 25, 2022, (Monday) at Nine Thirty in the morning (9:30AM) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant has presented its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
