La Torre, Jr., DVM, Provincial Veterinarian, this Province, dated August 3, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for a passage of a Resolution urging all Local Government Units (LGUs) of the Province to strictly implement the City and Municipal Rabbies Control Ordinance in their respective locality. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, acknowledging receipt of SP Resolution No. 43-22, Series of 2022 regarding the request to exclude the area reserved for the campus of North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU)-Bislig City Campus, Bislig City from approved Survey Plan No. Psu-13-000277(AR). He informed the Body that the aforesaid Resolution was already forwarded to the concerned PARPO for them to submit report with recommendation to the Regional Office.
2. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, dated August 12, 2022 addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of the Province, forwarding a copy of the letter from Engr. Jorge L. Quijada, OIC-CARPO LTID, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Provincial Agrarian Reform Office on the response to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur’s Resolution No. 43-22 dated July 19, 2022, requesting DAR Director Leomides R. Villareal to consider the review of the Approved Subdivision Plan No. Psu-13-000277 (AR) surveyed for the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) by excluding the area reserved for the campus of North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) , Bislig Campus. They informed the Body that they did not pushed through with the coverage of the landholding due to some land classification concerns. Furthermore, they did not object and in fact, they are absolutely in favor of the said request to exempt the area originally reserved for the campus, subject however, to segregation survey result. Nevetheless, it is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR) to classify the land whether or not it is suitable for the purpose it is reserved for, for the Body’s information.
2. Returned Resolution from the Philippine Postal Corporation mailed by the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Capitol Hills, Telaje, Tandag City, this Province, addressed to Mr. Jefrey C Roda, Purok 7, Liatimco, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, containing SP Resolution No. 2498-22 entitled “Commending the Exemplary Performance of Mr. Jefrey C. Roda, A Surigaonon Pride who is a Native of Lianga, Surigao del Sur, for Bagging the Silver Medal in Men’s Snooker 6- Red Singles During the Recently Concluded 31st Southeast Asian (SEA) Games Held in Hanoi, Vietnam on May 12-23, 2022”, for the reason that the addressee was unkown, for the Body’s information.
