6. Ordinance No. 07 dated July 12, 2022 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Ordinance Creating the Position of Administrative Aide IV (Reproduction Machine Operator II) Under the Office of the Mayor, this Local Government Unit”.
7. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated July 29, 2022, requesting for the enactment and passage of an Ordinance from the Provincial Human Resource Management Office, viz:
1. Creation of New Positions and its corresponding budgetary requirements;

3. Transfer of Position.

Ordinance No. 08 dated August 2, 2022 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Ordinance Imposing Curfew Hours Within the Municipality of Barobo, Surigao del Sur from 10:00 o’Clock in the Evening Until 4:00 o’Clock in the Morning and Other Pre-Emptive Measures to Deter Criminalities”.

9. Ist Indorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, dated August 4, 2022, addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, forwarding a copy of the communication from Mr. Margarito G. La Torre, Jr., DVM, Provincial Veterinarian, this Province, dated August 3, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for a passage of a Resolution urging all Local Government Units (LGUs) of the Province to strictly implement the City and Municipal Rabbies Control Ordinance in their respective locality. This pertains to SP Ordinance No. 07 dated August 6, 2022, adopting RA 9482 otherwise known as the “Anti-Rabies Act of 2002 in attaining Rabies Free-Surigao del Sur”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
