Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 dated July 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2022 Involving an Amount of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Three Pesos & 47/100 (P20,854,683.47) Only from the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2022 with an Amount of Nine Hundred Thrity Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos and 98/100 (P933,489.98) Only from the Local Economic Enterprise (LEE) Fund for the Operation of the Municipality of Cortes, Surigao del Sur and for Other Purposes”.

3. Resolution No. 11 dated July 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Approved Programs, Projects and Activities as Embodied in the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 01 (SAIP No. 01) for CY 2022 of this Municipality, in the Amount of Twenty Million Eight Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Three Pesos and 47/100 (P20,854,683.47) and Nine Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos and 98/100 (P933,489.98) for the General Fund and Local Economic Enterprise Respectively Excluding the Amount Outsourced from External Sources”.

Azarcon, Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Presiding Officer, all of this Province dated July 26, 2022, regarding Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 15-2022 entitled "Disapproving Ordinance No. 6 Dated April 5, 2022 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled ‘An Ordinance Creating the Position of One (1) Social Welfare Officer II Under the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development, One (1) Budget Officer II Under the Office of the Municipal Budget; Two (2) Heavy Equipment Operator I, Under the Office of the Mayor; Two (2) Administrative Aide II (Messenger), Two (2) Administrative Aide I (Utility Worker I), One (1) Administrative Aide II ( Book Binder I), One (1) Administrative Aide IV ( Driver II), Under the Section of Tribal Affairs and Development Office of the Office of the Municipal Mayor; One (1) Engineer II, One (1) Electrician Under the Municipal Engineering Office; One (1) Environmental Management Specialist II and One (1) Farm Foreman in the Office of Municipal Environment and Natural Resources’, it Being in Violation of the Prohibitions Set Under Section 3 (A) (II) of COMELEC Resolution No. 10742, Therefore, the Same Are Ultra Vires’”. He then requested the Body to reverse the action taken on Ordinance No. 6, Series of 2022 as stipulated in SP Resolution No. 15-22, Series of 2022 and to consider its affirmation as it clearly did not intentionally and definitely violate the provisions of the Omnibus Election Code.
5. Letter of Hon. Marvin T. Azarcon, Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province, addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Presiding Officer, all of this Province dated July 26, 2022, regarding Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 16-2022 entitled "Disapproving Ordinance No. 7 Dated April 5, 2022 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled ‘An Ordinance Creating the Position of Administrative Aide IV (Driver II) in the Office of the Mayor and Defining Its Functions and Qualification Standards and Providing Funds Thereofs', it Being in Violation of the Prohibitions Set Under Section 3 (a) (ii) of COMELEC Resolution No. 10742, Therefore, the Same are Ultra Vires'". He then requested the Body to reverse the action taken on Ordinance No. 7, Series of 2022 as stipulated in SP Resolution No. 16-22, Series of 2022 and to consider its affirmation as it clearly did not intentionally and definitely violate the provisions of the Omnibus Election Code.

He then requested the Body to reverse the action taken on Ordinance No. 8, Series of 2022 as stipulated in SP Resolution No. 17-22, Series of 2022 and to consider its affirmation as it clearly did not intentionally and definitely violate the provisions of the Omnibus Election Code.
