Año, Secretary, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Quezon City, re: “Guidelines on the Accreditation of Civil Society Organizations and Selection of Representatives to the Local Special Bodies”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

2. Transmittal letter of Roel E. Abad, General Manager, Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO II), Tandag City, this Province, dated July 6, 2022, addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province. Attached is the letter addressed to FDCMPC, SMCPC, GNPK, TSI,  and KEGI, with the remarks that this is for information only and no action needed from the Body. They just requested to acknowledge receipt by signing and returning the duplicate copy of the transmittal, for the Body’s information.

3. Letter of Engr. Noel C. Basañes, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur I, District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province dated July 11, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Provincial Board Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur, furnishing a copy of the Status Report of Project Implementation undertaken by the DPWH-SDS 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for the Month of June, 2022, for the Body’s reference and guidance.

4. Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2021-072 dated May 27, 2021 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of Allied Broadcasting Center, Inc., for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain a 1Kw FM Radio Broadcast Station in  Tandag City, Surigao del Sur. The applicant has requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. It is also informed that the hearing was on June 27, 2022, (Monday) at eleven o’ clock in the morning (11:00 AM) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant shall presented its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
