Appropriation Ordinance No. 24-22 dated June 13, 2022 of the Municipality of Cantilan, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 1, Series of 2022 Involving an Amount of Eighteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven Pesos and Ninety Six Cents (P18,992,547.96) for the Operation and Other Related Expenses of LGU Cantilan for Fiscal Year 2022, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
3. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province, forwarding the communication from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all dated July 4, 2022 addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution authorizing Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor and Ms. Fermimna D. 7. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, forwarding the communication of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, both dated July 4, 2022 addressed to Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution designating the 360 square-meter portion of Lot No. 4371-E located at Telaje, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur containing an area of 47,222 square meters, declared under the name of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur under Tax Declaration No. 19-01-0021-01912 as the new site of the Health Building Facility of the Department of Health (DOH), Provincial Office (PDOHO) in Surigao del Sur and further authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Deed of Usurfruct thereof, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Pimentel, Provincial Governor addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, both dated July 4, 2022, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department of Health-CHD-Caraga, represented by Cesar C. Cassion, MD, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, for the implementation of the Medical Assistance Program (MAP) to indigent and poor patients intended for Bislig District Hospital in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP50,000.00), for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
9. Letter of Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Acting Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, requesting for the passage of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department of Health-CHD-Caraga, represented by Dr. Cesar C. Cassion, MD, MPH, CESO III, Regional Director, for the implementation of the Meals, Accomodation and Transportation (MAT) benefits in the forms of cash equivalent to Health Care Workers (HCW) in the total amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 350,000.00), for the Body’s information.
10. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, forwarding the communication of Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Acting Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province, both dated July 4, 2022, requesting for the passage of a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU), represented by its SUC President Baseledes R. Estal, PhD., to accept as affiliates its students in BS Midwifery Program and provide necessary facilities and related training & learning experiences in the following CHED-Compliant, Province-Operated Hospitals: Marihatag, Lianga, Hinatuan, Bislig & Madrid District Hospitals, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Ordinance No. 18 dated June 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position of Agriculturist II, Salary Grade 15/1 in the Office of the Municipal Agriculture and Inclusion of Such Position in the List of the Plantilla of Personnel Under the Office of the Municipal Agriculture and Providing Funds Thereof”.
12. Ordinance No. 19 dated June 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position of Construction and Maintenance General Foreman, Salary Grade 11/1 in the Office of the Municipal Engineer and Inclusion of Such Position in the List of the Plantilla of Personnel Under the Office of the Municipal Engineer and Providing Funds Thereof”.
13. Ordinance No. 20 dated June 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position of Planning Officer II, Salary Grade 15/1 in the Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) and Inclusion of Such Position in the List of the Plantilla of Personnel Under the Office of the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator (MPDC) and Providing Funds Thereof”.
14. Ordinance No. 21 dated June 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position of Tourism Operations Officer II, Salary Grade 15/1 in the Office of the Municipal Mayor and Inclusion of Such Position in the List of the Plantilla of Personnel Under the Office of the Municipal Mayor and Providing Funds Thereof”.
15. Ordinance No. 22 dated June 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position of Administrative Officer IV (Budget Officer II), Salary Grade 15/1 in the Office of the Municipal Budget and Inclusion of Such Position in the List of the Plantilla of Personnel Under the Office of the Municipal Budget and Providing Funds Thereof”.

27. Ist Endorsement of Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province, dated July 1, 2022, forwarding the letter of Mr. Roel E. Abad, General Manager, Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc., Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, dated June 28, 2022, addressed to Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor thru Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, submitting the electrification status of Barangays Calatngan, Bagyang and Bitaugan, San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur. He informed the Body that the National Electrification Administration (NEA) has reviewed and approved the submitted budget request for the installation of distribution line extention and housewiring connection in the said barangays. The GAA subsidy projects is under the Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) for the year 2021 for 20 sitios, along with this, is also the approval of SEP GAA 2011-2018 savings for 18 sitios from Lianga to Carrascal, this Province. With this, they are requesting our office for the assistance in the preparations of proper road network in the area for better accessibility, for the Body’s information.

Alexander T Pimentel, Provincial Governor, dated July 7, 2022, forwarding a copy of the proposal letter of Carrascal Nickel Corporation (CNC) for the adoption of its Proposed Work Program with respect to the existing Provincial Government Project for the Concreting of Sitio Gango Feeder Road located at Sitio Gango, Barangay Bon-ot, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur to strengthen and improve the quality of the road in the furtherance of Public Service, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
