Ordinance No. CV-459 dated February 23, 2016 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province, entitled “Mandating the Municipal Accounting Office to Furnish Regularly Copies of Monthly and Year-End Closing Trial Balance to the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan for Reference and Review of Supplemental and Annual Budgets of the Municipality.”

1. Letter of SSUPT Lilibeth Q Simangan, (DSC) BFP, Acting Director for Logistics, by authority of the Chief, Bureau of Fire Protection, National Headquarters, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Quezon City dated December 2, 2015 addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province pertaining to SP Resolution No. 1192-2015 of the Province of Surigao del Sur requesting for allocation of fire trucks for the Local Government Units throughout the Province that was endorsed by Atty. Peter Irving C. Corvera, Undersecretary for Public Safety, DILG to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). She informed that the BFP has considered the said request for evaluation and possible inclusion in their future program of distribution based on established criteria.She also informed to notify this Body any further development on this matter.
2. Acknowledgement Receipt from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Diliman, Quezon City dated February 23, 2016 relative to Resolution No. 2072-16 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur. They informed the Body that the said document was referred to the Office of the Chief of Staff on February 23, 2016.
3. Letter of Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan, OIC-District Engineer, Surigao del Sur 1st Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province dated March 15, 2016 informing this Body that the said Office has its new leadership with him as the new OIC-District Engineer vice Engr. Joseph R. Calderon who retired on March 12, 2016.
