Ordinance No. 04 dated June 6, 2022 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Enacting and/or Amending the Integrated Zoning Regulations of the Municipality of Tagbina, Surigao del Sur and Providing for the Administration, Enforcement and Amendment Thereof and for the Repeal of All Ordinances in Conflict Therewith”.

4. Letter of Mr. Larry M. Heradez, Chairperson, Provincial Mining Regulatory Board, Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Tandag City, this Province dated May 31, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur, forwarding a copy of Notice of Petition issued to Gacub Settlers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (GSMPC) for Declaration of Mineral Land Covering an Area of 161.00 hectares located in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur and Marihatag, Surigao del Sur, into People’s Small Scale Mining Area or Minahang Bayan. He then requested that the Notice be Evaluated, Validated and Deliberated by the Members of the Sanggunian pursuant to Section 9 of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Administrative Order No. 2022-03, the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 7076, otherwise known as the People’s Small-Scale Mining Act of 1991. After the Deliberation, it is likewise suggested/requested that an Endorsement in a form of a Resolution, duly signed by the Majority of the Members of the Sanggunian be issued regarding the matter, for the Body’s Information and appropriate action.
