The applicant further requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. It is also informed that the hearing was on March 22, 2022, (Tuesday) at Eleven o’ clock in the morning (11:00AM) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant presented its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
