1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 dated March 7, 2022 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 1, S. 2022, Involving an Amount of Fifty Three Million Five Hundred Forty Two Thousand Seventy One Pesos and Fifteen Centavos (PhP53,542,071.15) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund and Local Economic Enterprise of the Municipal Government and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated March 21, 2022. addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the enactment and passage of Appropriation Ordinance authorizing its utilization under Supplemental Budget No. 1, amounting to One Hundred Thirty Six Million Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety & 78/100 (PhP136,475,290.78), with the attached Statement of Funding Sources and the Statement of Supplemental Budget No. 1 Fiscal Year 2022 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s favorable and appropriate action.

3. Ordinance No. 05 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position Title of Private Secretary I, SG-11, a Co-Terminus Position in the Office of the Municipal Vice Mayor and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
4. Ordinance No. 06 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Two (2) Position Titles for the Office of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management (MDRRM), Namely: Local DRRM Officer I, SG-11 and Local DRRM Assistant, SG-8, and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
5. Ordinance No. 07 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position Title of Executive Assistant II, SG-17 for the Office of the Municipal Mayor, and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
6. Ordinance No. 08 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Position Title of Administrative Aide III (Utility Worker II), SG-3 for the Office of the Municipal Engineering, and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
7. Ordinance No. 03 dated February 8, 2022 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Ordinance Creating the Position of Local Legislative Staff Employee I, With Salary Grade 2, in Coterminus Status Under the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, in this Local Government Unit”.
8. Ordinance No. 13 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Scrapping/Abolishing the Position of Data Controller II, Salary Grade 8/1 in the Office of the Municipal Planning Development Coordinator (MPDC) of the Local Government Unit of Carmen, Surigao del Sur”.

Ordinance No. 09 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Requiring All Owners and Operators of Bottled Water Refilling Stations Operating Within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Carmen, Surigao del Sur to Submit for Inspection by the Municipal Health Office Water Sampling for Testing and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof”.
10. Ordinance No. 10 dated March 15, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Regulating the Mobility of Unvaccinated Individuals of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur”.

13. Application on ERC Case No. 2022____ CF dated March 17, 2022 issued by A.C. Gaviola Law Office, Counsel for SURSECO II, Rm. 203, 2/F Crown Port View Hotel, 3rd, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City, in connection with the Application of the Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO II), “In the Matter of the Application for Approval of the Over/Under Recoveries Based on the Formula on the Various Automatic Cost Adjustments and True-Up Mechanism and Corresponding Confirmation Process Pursuant to ERC Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009, as Amended, for the Years 2019-2021, with prayer that the submitted monthly reports on the Distribution System Loss Data be considered as substantial compliance in accordance with ERC Resolution No. 10, series of 2018; and that the net amount resulting to an under recovery of PhP11,977,982.03 as presented in the instant application be approved and confirmed, and SURSECO II be allowed to refund/collect said over/under recoveries, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
