Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 dated February 22, 2022 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 1, Series of 2022 Involving an Amount of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty One Pesos and Seventy Two Centavos (PhP2,491,251.72) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the Local Government Unit and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 2022-01 dated February 22, 2022 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2022 for the Construction of Bislig City Public Market/Food Terminal”.

3. Mailed Envelope of the Office of the Secretary-Technical Review Unit, Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Boncodin Hall, General Solano Street, San Miguel, Metro Manila, dated June 14, 2021 addressed to Mrs. Marites Coma-Arreza, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, in response to Resolution No. 1594-21 of the SP of Surigao del Sur forwarding a copy of the “Advisory to Local Government Units”, reiterating that item 3.15 of the Local Budget Circular (LBC) No. 131 provides that: “In order to ensure that funds from the LGSF-FA are released to the LGU’s within the Fiscal Year consistent with SP No. 6 of the FY 2021 LGSF, the deadline for the submission of requests shall be on or before June 30, 2021”. In view thereof, the requests for funding chargeable against the FY 2021 LGSF-FA to LGUs beyond June 30, 2021 will no longer be received by the DBM-Central Office and Regional Offices. In the meantime, the submission of compliance documents or requests for NCA releases for approved projects under the FY 2020 LGSF-FA to LGUs, FY 2021 LGSF-FA to LGUs and FY 2021 LGSF-AC shall still be accepted and processed by the Office of the Secretary-Technical Review Unit (OSEC-TRU). On the other hand, as per advisory,  the deadline of submission of requests for funding chargeable against the FY 2020 LGSF-AC is extended until September 30, 2021 to provide the beneficiary cities with ample time to procure and implement their projects before the expiration of the appropriations on December 31, 2021, consistent with item 3.13 of LBC No. 123, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of Tandag Electric and Telephone Co., Inc., for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to install, operate and maintain a Local Exchange Telephone System in the Province of Surigao del Sur and to change rate therefore. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of CARCANMADCARLAN Agri-Based Multipurpose Cooperative, requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Authority (CA) to install, operate and maintain a Cable Television (CATV) System in Madrid, Surigao del Sur. The applicant further requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application.
