Ruel D. Momo, Member, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Temporary Presiding Officer, Tandag City, this Province, referring to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 1645-21 entitled “Earnestly Requesting Smart Communications, Inc., Globe Telecom, Inc. and Dito Telecommunity Corporation to Establish Cell Sites in the Ten (10) Barangays of the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Surigao del Sur”. Further, after evaluation, the said request have been approved in Barangays Caromata and Bolhoon, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur.
