1. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, addressed to Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor and the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province dated February 2, 2022, requesting for the passage of an Ordinance augmenting the amount of Twenty Seven Million One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Fourteen Pesos Only (P27,175,014.00) to be taken from CY 2022 Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund for the grant of 2022 Salary Increase and additional benefits stipulated in Republic Act No. 11466 and also pursuant to Local Budget Circular No. 143, dated January 3, 2022 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, for the Body’s appropriate action.
2. Letter of Ms. Maria Fe D. Jagna, CESO IV, Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office XIII, CARAGA, Butuan City dated January 18, 2022 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Provincial Governor Alexander Ty Pimentel, all of this Province, informing this August Body on their review of the FY 2022 Annual Budget of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an appropriation of P2,393,840,342.00 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 83-21 dated December 13, 2021, submitted to their office for review on December 15, 2021, which reveals substantial compliance with the same law and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). They informed the Body that they are reiterating their commendation to the Provincial Government for substantially adopting the prescribed format in preparing the Appropriation Ordinance as provided in the Budget Operations Manual (BOM) for Local Government Units, as a result of their joint continued effort of enhancing the preparation of the budget documents. Attached is the letter addressed to Hon. Henrich M. Pimentel, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, this Province dated January 18, 2022, seeking feedback by accomplishing the attached LGU Budget Survey Questionnaire covering the review of the budget with the details; viz:
a. FY 2022 Annual Budget; and
b. Appropriation Ordinance No. 83-21 dated December 13, 2021.

3. Ordinance No. 01-22 dated January 18, 2022 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Municipal Ordinance No. 18-20 Changing the Position Titles and Salary Grade of Midwife III and Sanitation Inspector IV Section IV Section 14.1; 14:2 Under Nursing Section and Environmental Health Section of the Office of the Municipal Health Officer and Ticket Checker 1 Section 17.1, 17.2 Under Cashiering and Disbursing Section of the Municipal Treasurer’s Office”.

4. Ordinance No. 15 dated April 20, 2021 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Prohibiting Dump Trucks and All Kinds of Cargo Vehicles that Haul Construction Aggregates, Stones, Earth, Sand, Gravel, and Other Quarry Resources and All Hazardous Objects Without Cover/Safety Nets on Its Cargoes in Traversing Within the Territorial Domain of the Municipality of San Miguel”.

5. Ordinance No. 01 dated January 20, 2022 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Extending Time for Assessment and Accepting Payments of Business Taxes, Fees or Charges for CY 2022 Without Incurring Any Penalty or Surcharge for the Local Government Unit of Carmen, Surigao del Sur”.
6. Ordinance No. 05 dated January 26, 2022 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Extending the Deadline for Payment of Business Permits and Licenses of the Municipality of Cortes, Surigao del Sur from January 20, 2022 to March 31, 2022, due to Occurrence of Typhoon Odette and the Threat of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic”.

7. Letter of Mr. Edgar G. Perez II, J.D., Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, addressed to Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province dated January 18, 2022, furnishing a copy of the 2021 Annual Legislative Accomplishment Report (ALAR) of the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, for the Body’s adoption and approval.

1. Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2021- 188 dated September 13, 2021 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of Kalayaan Broadcasting System, Inc. (KBSI), requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain FM Radio Broadcast Station in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. The applicant further requested for the issuance of a Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application. It is also informed that the hearing was on November 17, 2021, (Wednesday) at three o’ clock in the afternoon (3:00 PM) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City, via zoom hearing, wherein applicant shall present its compliance with the Commission’s jurisdictional requirements, as well as its evidences, if warranted, for the Body’s information.
