1. Letter of CSupt Jesus P Fernandez, DSC, Chief Directorial Staff, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), National Headquarters, Agham Road, Sitio San Roque, Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, dated June 4, 2021 pertaining to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 1432-21 forwarded to the BFP National Headquarters by Mr. Alexander L. Macario, Assistant Secretary for Public Safety and Security, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), requesting for five (5) units of Fire Truck in the Province of Surigao del Sur. The latter appreciated the concern of the Body for the fire safety and the welfare of the community, hence he informed the Body that the said request has been lined up for programming. Further, he informed that the procurement of Fire Trucks are ongoing. They are also continuing their efforts to ask for more funding to assist all local communities in developing their fire response capability, for the Body’s information.
2. Memorandum Order No. 19-2022 of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated January 19, 2022 addressed to All Department, Unit and Hospital Heads, all of this Province Re: “Revised Guidelines on Motor Vehicle Acquisition by Local Government Units”, in order to guide on the relevant provisions of several issuances relating to the purchase/acquisition of government motor vehicles as provided in the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-004, for the Body’s information.

X - Announcement
The 120th Regular Session of the 19th Sangguniang Panlalawigan will be held on February 2, 2022 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Legislative Building, Capitol Hills, Telaje, Tandag City, this Province.
