Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 dated November 8, 2021 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Mayor of the Municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur to Use Savings for Augmentation in Accordance with the Local Government Code of 1991 in the Amount of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (P170,000.00)”.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 08 dated November 18, 2021 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 06, Series of 2021 Involving an Amount of Forty Two Million Pesos Only (P42,000,000.00) for the Construction of Municipal Level 3 Water System”.

Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 dated November 9, 2021 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Approving the Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of the General Fund Involving Appropriations of P2,818,795.40 for the Full Differential of the Second Tranche Salary Increase Schedule of the Municipal Officials and Regular Employees of the Municipality of San Miguel, Surigao del Sur”.
5. Appropriation Ordinance No. 03 dated November 9, 2021 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Approving the Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of the Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Management Office Involving Appropriations of P105,268.50 for the Full Differential of the Second Tranche Salary Increase Schedule of the Regular Employees of the Municipality of San Miguel, Surigao del Sur”.
6. Appropriation Ordinance No. 11-21 dated September 20, 2021 of the Municipality of Cantilan, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 2, Series of 2021 Involving an Amount of Fifty Five Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P55,150,000.00) from the Borrowings Land Bank of the Philippines for the Purchase of Equipments of LGU Cantilan for Fiscal Year 2021, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

15. Ordinance No.18 dated November 8, 2021 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Promoting Pet Ownership in the Municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur, Providing Penalties for Negligent Acts Committed in the Keeping of Pet Animals and for Other Purposes”.
16. Letter of Atty. Glen A. Pangapalan, General Manager, Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), Department of Agriculture, Diliman, Quezon City dated October 20, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province pertaining to SP Resolution No. 1654-21 of the Province of Surigao del Sur regarding the establishment of a Municipal Fish Port in Barangay Diatagon, Lianga, Surigao del Sur. He requested to the Body to submit the following pertinent data and information for the assessment of the projects feasibility/sustainability; viz:
a. Volume of fish production for the last 5 years (2016-2020);
b. Volume of marine and overland fish unloading for the 5 years (2016-2020);
c. Number of fishing vessels actively operating in Lianga, Surigao del Sur;
d. Storing/preservation practices of fish and other agricultural products (if any);
e. Volume and species of fish, and other agricultural products requiring cold storing )if any);
f. Propose project site/location (shown in the map);
j. A copy of an updated Socio-Economic profile of Lianga, Surigao del Sur; and
h. Duly filled up Survey Questionnaire Sets A and B attached to the letter.

1. Letter from Engr. Minda R. Roslinda, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur I, District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tandag City, this Province dated November 8, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Provincial Board Members of the Province of Surigao del Sur, furnishing a copy of the Status Report of Project Implementation undertaken by the DPWH-SDS, Ist District Engineering Office, Tandag City, this Province for the Month of October, 2021 for the Body’s reference and guidance.
2. Ist Indorsement of Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, this Province dated November 17, 2021, forwarding to Mrs. Marites Coma-Arreza, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, the basic communication from Mr. Arnold G. LarenA, Executive Labor Arbiter of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Regional Arbitration Branch No. XIII, Butuan City, dated November 15, 2021 referring to the SP Resolution No. 1909-21, Series of 2021 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, requesting the latter to give an update regarding the status on the execution in the case of “AKHPRI-AWATU” versus PICOP RESOURCES, INC. (AVA Case Ni. 0935-XIII-004-03E)”, which was implemented by Sheriff Kim Deloso of their Office. He informed the Body that he is not the proper person to give an update on the status relative to the execution of the said Case because it was not their office who issued the Writ of Execution in the above- mentioned Case, but the Voluntary Arbitrator of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, Regional Office No. XIII, Butuan City. He further informed the Body that it was only the Sheriff of their Office who was requested to implement the Execution of the award, for the Body’s information and guidance.
