Moran, Senior Jail Officer 4, OIC, District Jail Warden, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, CARAGA Regional Office, Bislig District Jail, Bislig City, this Province addressed to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, dated November 9, 2021, furnishing the August Body an unnumbered Memorandum dated November 8, 2021 signed by JSSUPT Jolly C. Taguiam Jr, Jail Senior Superintendent, BJMP Regional Director on Security Measures Regarding Remotely Piloted Aircraft drone in jails. He then requested the passage of an Ordinance prohibiting drone operation thirty (30) meters from Jail Facilities, providing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes to prevent any untoward incident in Jail Facilities, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
