Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 dated October 15, 2021 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 04, Calendar Year 2021 Involving an Amount of One Million Pesos (PhP 1,000,000.00) to Address the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Situations”.
2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 19 dated October 13, 2021 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 03, Series of 2021, Involving an Amount of Six Million Two Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventeen Pesos and 24/100 Only (P6,268,417.24) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the General Fund of the City Government for Fiscal Year 2021, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

4. Resolution No. 195 dated October 11, 2021 of the Municipality of Carmen, this Province entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 04 CY 2021 of the Municipality of Carmen, Surigao del Sur”.

5. Ordinance No. 33 dated September 28, 2021 of the Municipality of San Miguel, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending the Approved Ordinance No. 51 - Series of 2020 by Changing the Position Title of Medical Technologist IV, SG-20 to Medical Technologist III, SG-18 Under the Office of MHO”.

Ordinance No. 10 dated September 22, 2021 of the Municipality of Bayabas, this Province entitled “An Ordinance to Condone the Penalties and Surcharges for Late Payments of Business Taxes, on Quarterly Installments, by Business Establishments Affected by the Implementation of Several Guidelines on COVID-19 Prevention, Suppression, and Control and to Extend the Deadline of Said Payments Until June 20, 2022”.

7. Letter of Mrs. Marites Coma-Arreza, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated October 8, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, furnishing a copy of the SP Quarterly Report for July to September 2021 of the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, for the Body’s information, guidance and approval.

8. Letter of Mr. Margarito G. La Torre, Jr., DVM, Provincial Veterinarian, dated October 20, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province requesting for the inclusion of the following Animal Health Services in which unintentionally did not included in the previous approved Ordinance No. 66-21 Series of 2021, to wit:
1. Nuetering Services:
1.1 Castration
a. Dog (Large) 5 kilos up – including anesthesia, syringe
with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials -
P1,000.00;
Dog (Small) below 5 kilos – including anesthesia, syringe with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials - P500.00.
b. Cat (Large) 1 kilo up - including anesthesia, syringe
with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials -
P300.
Cat (Small) below 1 kilo - including anesthesia,
syringe with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing
materials - P200.00.
2.2 Spaying
a. Dog (Large) 5 kilos up - including anesthesia, syringe
with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials -
P1,500.00;
Dog (Small) below 5 kilos - including anesthesia, syringe with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials - P1,000.00.
b. Cat (Large) 1 kilo up - including anesthesia, syringe
with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials -
P1,000.00; and
Cat (Small) below 1 kilo - including anesthesia, syringe with needle, antibiotic, cutgut, suturing materials - P500.00.
3. During Barangay visitation of the Office, all animal health services are free of charge.

1. Resolution No. GC-627 dated August 24, 2021 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Expressing Full Support to House Bill No. 9837 Authored by Hon. Johnny T. Pimentel, Representative, Second District, this Province Converting the Bislig District Hospital in the City of Bislig Into a Medical Center to be Known as Bislig City Medical Center”.
