3. Letter of Mrs. Rizalina N. Justol, Deputy Executive Secretary, Office of the Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration, Office of the President, Malacañang Palace, Manila dated April 28, 2021 addressed to Hon. Delfin Lorenzana, Chairperson, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, Quezon City, copy furnished this Body, referring Resolution No. 1248-21 and 1249-21, both Series of 2021 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur, requesting financial assistance for the repair/rehabilitation of damaged roads and bridges and other infrastructures in the province, and for the purchase and acquisition of relocation site for the affected residents of Barangay Pamanlinan, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur due to the damages caused by Typhoon “Vicky” in December 2020, for the Body’s information.
