4. Letter of Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Assistant Provincial Administrator, for and in behalf of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, both of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution authorizing the Honorable Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government, with the Department of Agriculture (DA), represented by James I. Monteagudo, Regional Executive Director, for the implementation of the Rehabilitation of the Provincial Artificial Breeding Center (PABC) & Acquisition of Swine Breeders in the amount of Three Million Pesos (PhP 3,000,000.00) only. Attached to the letter is the Ist Indorsement of Mr. Marcos M. Quico, Provincial Agriculturist, this Province, dated July 26, 2021 together with a copy of the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for the Body’s appropriate action.

5. Letter of Mrs. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated July 9, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, submitting copy of the Quarterly Report for April to June 2021 of the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, for the Body’s adoption and approval.

1. Letter of Mrs. Rizalina N. Justol, Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration, Office of the President, Malacañang, Manila dated June 16, 2021 addressed to Mrs. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, pertaining to SP Resolution Nos. 1248 and 1249, Series of 2021 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, requesting for funding assistance for the projects which incurred damages due to onslaught of Typhoon Vicky in 2020. The latter furnished the Body with a copy of the letter of Hon. Ricardo B. Jalad, Undersecretary and Executive Director of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDDRMC) and Administrator of Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) dated June 1, 2021, informing the Body that the said request was already endorsed to the Office of the Civil Defense (OCD), Regional Office, CARAGA Region XIII, Butuan City for its appropriate action.
