Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province for the enactment and passage of an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 95-16 or the Revenue Code of the Province of Surigao del Sur particularly Article E or the Provincial Veterinary Fees. Attached is the aforesaid Memorandum Circular of Mr. Robert G. Vergara, President and General Manager, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) dated May 26, 2015, reminding to secure clearance from the GSIS for the separating employees before payment of the latters Terminal Leave, for the Body’s information and guidance.
2. Ist Indorsement dated April 27, 2021 of Ms. Vanessa Marie C. Vallecer-Patcho, Secretary to the Sanggunian, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, referring Resolution No. 1389-21, series of 2021 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur, entitled “Earnestly Requesting the House of Representatives and the House of the Senate to Review and Revisit Department of Health (DOH) Department Memorandum No. 2020-0158 Dated March 22, 2020 on the Proper Handling of the Remains of Positive, Suspected and Probable Covid-19 Patients by Not Including the Probable and Suspected Patients, for information and support”. He informed the Body that the said Resolution was referred to Hon. Ruth M. Brillantes, Chairman, Committee on Health, Sanitation and Human Settlement, subject for study, comment and appropriate recommendation.
