Antojado as Member of the Technical Working Group for the Settlement of the Boundary Dispute Between the Municipality of Lanuza and Municipality of Carmen, All of the Province of Surigao del Sur”, in compliance with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 1408-21 dated April 22, 2021. Attached is the Memorandum Order No. 04-27 series of 2021 issued by Hon. Bernard I. Dawog, Municipal Vice Mayor/Acting Municipal Mayor, Local Chief Executive of the Municipality of Lanuza, directing the composition of the TWG of the Municipality of Lanuza pursuant to SB Resolution No. 74, Series of 2021 and SP Resolution No. 1407-21 and 1408-21, all Series of 2021, respectively, for the Body’s information and guidance.

Partosa, OIC-Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Regional Office, CARAGA Region, Butuan City dated April 22, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all of this province, referring the letter of the latter dated April 13, 2021, submitting justifications and/or documents in compliance to the review findings of the Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 54-20 dated December 1, 2020 re: FY 2021 Annual Budget (AB) of the Province of Surigao del Sur. She acknowledged the Provincial Government’s efforts on effecting the necessary action and/or corrections made. Thus, in view of the justifications, clarifications and documents submitted, she noted that the conditions/observations cited under Item Nos., 1, 2 and 3 in the review letter are lifted, for the Body’s information.
