Appropriation Ordinance No. 48 dated December 29, 2020 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 06, FY 2020 of the Municipality of Tagbina, Province of Surigao del Sur in the Amount of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,500,000.00) of Which One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,200,00.00) was Taken from ‘We Love Barangay’ Set Aside Under the 20% Local Development Funds FY 2019 and FY 2020 and Another Separate Amount of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,300,000.00) Set Aside for the Purchase of ESWM Dumptruck Under the 20% Local Development Fund, FY 2019 of this Municipality.”

 

2. Ordinance No. SG-583 dated March 11, 2021 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Appropriating the Amount of Twelve Million Four Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Two Hundred Forty Five Pesos and Four Centavos (P12,497,245.04) as General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 CY 2021 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur”.

Resolution No. 128 dated December 29, 2020 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “Resolution Affirming the Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 6, CY 2020 of the Municipality Based on MDC Resolution No. 07-2020 Re: Realigning PhP 1,200,00.00 from ‘We Love Barangay’ Funds FY 2019 and FY 2020 Taken from the 20% Local Development Fund in Favor of the Priority Projects of the Twenty-Five (25) Barangays During the Pandemic Times; and MDC Resolution No. 08-2020 Re: Realigning PhP 1,300,000.00 Taken from 20% Local Development Fund FY 2019 for the Purchase of ESWM Dump Truck in Favor of the Upgrading of Electrical Facility of the Government Center and Purchase of 100KVA Transformer to Avert Possible Danger to Life and Properties, and at the Same Time, Promote the Delivery of the Basic Services of the Municipal Government of Tagbina, this Province”.

6. Ordinance No. 02 dated February 16, 2021 of the Municipality of Lianga, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Prescribing the Times (6:00PM - 6:00AM) of Loading and Unloading of Goods, Hardwares and Similar Materials by Commercial and/or Private Establishments in Busy Public Streets and Thoroughfares in the Municipality of Lianga”.

7. Letter of Mr. Roberto A. Cravajal, LLB., Telaje, Tandag City, this Province dated February 2, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, asking for the exemption in the payment of Tax for their second cropping of rice planted in the Year 2019 in Panonongan, Magroyong, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur due to failure because of drought. Attached is the copy of the Identification  Map, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

8. Ist Indorsement of Atty. Antonio C. Azarcon, Telaje, Tandag City, this Province, dated March 16, 2021, indorsing to the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, the Administrative Appeal of Defendants - Appellants, Punong Barangay Eva M. Gemao and Sangguniang Barangay Member Lourdes Elaine C. Pareja, all of Barangay Purisima, Tago, Surigao del Sur with regards to SB Resolution No. PS - 008, Series of 2021 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Tago, Surigao del Sur for the Administrative Case No. 02-2020 filed by the Complainants - Appellee, Spouses Francis Eric L. Medrano and Mary Kathleen L. Medrano for “Violation of MC No. 2019-83 and Violation of Section 4(A) of Republic Act 6713, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

9. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated March 18, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this province, requesting for the enactment and passage of an Ordinance establishing the C.Y. 2021 General Revision of Real Property Classification and Assessment using the accompanying Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) and the Tax Impact Study, for the Body’s reference, guidance and appropriate action.

1. Letter of Mrs. Annabelle L. Acma, Assistant District Engineer, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag, this Province, dated March 11, 2021 addressed to the Provincial Board Members, Province of Surigao del Sur, Capitol Hills, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, informing the Body that the Department of Public Works and Highways, (DPWH) has its new leadership in the name of Engr. Minda R. Roslinda, as the new District Engineer vice Engr. Joselito B. Caballero, who is reassigned in Davao del Norte District Engineering Office as per Special Orders 111 and 113 dated March 5, 20201.  

 

2. Letter of Ms. Chariss Jo M. Dela Cruz, Branch Manager, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), GSIS Butuan Branch, Butuan City dated March 10, 2021 addressed to Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, this Province, referring to SP Resolution No. 1368-21, requesting GSIS through its President and General Manager (PGM) Rolando Jose L. Macasaet, Jr. to establish a satellite office in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. She informed the Body that, Republic Act 8291 provides that the establishment of a satellite office in an area requires a minimum of at least Fifteen Thousand (15,000.00) Membership which Bislig City does not qualify. However, considering the geographical challenge, they will recommend the establishment of a service desk where it will be accessible and highly visible to transacting members, pensioners and their beneficiaries. Meantime, due to the current emergency health situation of the country, she further informed the Body that they provides alternative customers service using Electronic Platforms by filing online of loans and claims as well as pensioners transactions, for the Body’s information.
