5. Letter of Mr. Maximo A. Alibangbang, President, Stall Vendor’s Association, Balilahan Terminal, Tandag City, this Province addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, re: “Nagahangyo sila sa kinasing-kasing nga unta dili sila muhatag sa ilang Stall Rental gikan sa miaging tuig sugod March to December, 2020, tungod sa wala nay klarong mga pasahero nga muanha sa terminal ug wala nay mamalitay sa ilang mga baligya ug maoy hinungdan sa pag expire sa ilang mga paninda sulod sa taas nga panahon. Sila magahangyo nga sugod sa bulan sa Enero 2021 mao pa sila mubayad sa Stall Rental (Business Permit)”, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
6. Ordinance No. 02 dated January 20, 2021 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Extending the Deadline for Payment of Business Permits and Licenses of the Municipality of Cortes, Surigao del Sur from January 20, 2021 to March 31, 2021, Due to the Threat of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic”.

Ordinance No. 01 dated January 20, 2021 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Amending Item No. 1, Item No. 4 and Item No. 7 of Section 2 and Item No. 2 of Section 3 of Municipal Ordinance No. 05, Series of 2020 Dated September 16, 2020 Entitled “An Ordinance Creating the Positions of Draftsman II, Salary Grade 11-Municipal Assessor’s Office, Administrative Aide IV (Bookbinder II), Salary Grade 4 - Office of the Municipal Mayor (HR Department), Two (2) Administrative Aide III (UW II), Salary Grade 3, Office of the Municipal Mayor, Office of the Municipal Budget Officer, Driver II, Salary Grade 4 – Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, Two (2) Midwife I, Salary Grade 9 - Municipal Health Office, Legislative Staff Officer II, Salary Grade 13 - Office of the Sangguniang Bayan and Administrative Assistant III (Bookbinder III), Salary Grade 7 - Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of this Municipality”.

1. Memorandum Order No. 33-A-2021 dated February 15, 2021 addressed to Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Acting Assistant Provincial Administrator, this Province, copy furnished this Body, authorizing the latter to sign any and all documents and/or transactions, for and in behalf of the Honorable Provincial Governor, this Province, in view of the absence of Provincial Administrator, Mr. Pedro M. Trinidad, Jr.. This Memorandum Order revokes Memorandum Order No. 23-2021, dated January 26, 2021, for the Body’s information and guidance.
2. Memorandum Order No. 44-2021 dated February 23, 2021 addressed to Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, Acting Assistant Provincial Administrator, this Province, copy furnished this Body, designating the latter as the Officer-In-Charge - Provincial Administrator, in view of the indefinite absence of Provincial Administrator, Pedro M. Trinidad, Jr., effective immediately until his return. It is further informed, that he is authorized to sign documents for and in behalf of the Honorable Provincial Governor, for the Body’s information and guidance.
