Appropriation Ordinance No. 08 dated December 16, 2020 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Cortes, Surigao del Sur for Fiscal Year 2021 in the Total Amount of Ninety Six Million Two Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand and Thirty One Pesos (P96,227,031.00) Covering the Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2021, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose".
2. Letter of Ms. Jenneth C. Partosa, OIC-Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office XIII, CARAGA, Butuan City, dated January 25, 2021 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Provincial Governor, Alexander Ty Pimentel, informing this August Body on their review of the FY 2021 Annual Budget of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an appropriation of P1,746,934,274.00 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 54-20 dated December 1, 2020, that reveals substantial compliance with the law and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) including the rules and regulations of the Budget Operations Manual (BOM) for Local Government Units, 2016 Edition. Accordingly, FY 2021 Annual Budget of the Province of Surigao del Sur is declared operative on its stated date of effectivity, subject to posting requirement under Section 59 of R.A. No. 7160 and compliance to the findings/conditions mentioned therein.
3. Appropriation Ordinance No.28 dated December 14, 2020 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Carrascal for Fiscal Year 2021 in the Amount of One Hundred Ninety One Million Ninety Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Two Pesos (PhP 191,099,522.00) Only Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2021 and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose".

Appropriation Ordinance No.08 dated October 20, 2020 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled “Realigning the Unexpended Portion of the Annual Investment Plan from Year 2016-2019 to Augment the COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Amount of Eight Million One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and 71/100 (P 8,152,474.71)".

Resolution No. 172 dated December 16, 2020 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province entitled "Resolution Adopting the Approved Programs, Projects and Activities as Embodied in the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for Calendar Year 2021 of this Municipality in the Amount of Ninety Six Million Two Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand and Thirty One Pesos (P 96,227,031.00) ".
6. Resolution No. 243 dated September 22, 2020 of the Municipality of Barobo, this Province entitled "Approving Supplemental AIP No. 4, S. 2020 as Endorsed by the Municipal Development Council Through their MDC Resolution No. 1, S. 2020 Entitled: ‘Resolution Realigning the Unexpended Portion of the Annual Investment Plan from Year 2016-2019 to Augment the COVID-19 Preventive Measures’ Amounting to Eight Million One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy 000Four Pesos and 71/100 (PhP 8,152,474.71)".
