Valle, Vice Mayor, both of Carrascal, this Province, dated January 18, 2021 acknowledging receipt of the Ist Indorsement of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Committees on Laws and Justice and Human Rights (Lead Committee)/Environmental Protection and Ecology, this Province, dated December 10, 2020, returning to the Sangguniang Bayan of Carrascal Ordinance No. 18 dated October 19, 2020 entitled “An Ordinance Affirming the Compliance of the Established and Designated Anchorage Zone/Points of the Mining Cargo Vessels Along the Maritime Zone of the Municipality of Carrascal, Surigao del Sur, Providing Sanctions and Penalties for Violation Thereof and for Other Purposes”, and furnishing to the said Sanggunian copy of the Committee Report of the aforesaid Committees. Contained in the letter are the responses on the action taken by the Committees, thereby, the Municipality of Carrascal, this province is humbly asking for the Body's utmost, positive and favourable reconsideration of the aforesaid Ordinance. Further, said Municipality expressed their willingness to make the necessary addendum and amendments to the Ordinance whenever necessary.
