Appropriation Ordinance No. RP-12, dated November 17, 2020 of the Municipality of Tago, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Tago, Surigao del Sur for Fiscal Year 2021 in the Total Amount of One Hundred Sixty Five Million One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos (P165,138,628.00) for the General Fund and Four Million One Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Three Pesos and 60/100 (P4,102,833.60) for the Local Economic Enterprise Development Fund Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Letter of Ms. Jenneth C. Partosa, OIC-Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office XIII, CARAGA, Butuan City, dated November 10, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Provincial Governor, Alexander Ty Pimentel, informing this August Body on their review of the FY 2020 Supplemental Budget (SB) No. 5 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an amount of P6,972,138.17 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 52-20 dated October 27, 2020, that reveals substantial compliance with the law and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) subject to some exception, hence, they are requesting for the reconciliation of the subject appropriations. Accordingly, FY 2020 Supplemental Budget No. 5 of the Province of Surigao del Sur is declared operative on its stated date of effectivity, subject to posting requirement under Section 59 of R.A. No. 7160 and compliance to the finding/condition mentioned in the letter.

Resolution No. 220 dated October 14, 2020 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “A Resolution Adopting the Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Marihatag as Expressed in Municipal Development Council (MDC) Resolution No. 04, Series of 2020, Entitled: “A Resolution Recommending Approval for the Calendar Year 2021 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur”.

5. Resolution No. 2020-671 dated September 8, 2020 of the City of Bislig, this Province entitled “Resolution Adopting the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) CY 2021 of the City of Bislig”.
