1. Letter of Mrs. Consuelo L. Garcia, CPA, Provincial Accountant, this province addressed to Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Provincial Governor, all of this province, informing the Body that the Accounting Office will start their overtime work on December 1, 2020 for the closing of the Books of Accounts of the current year. Further, it was informed that they are given by the Commission on Audit up to February 14, 2021 only to submit the year-end financial reports of the province. In this connection, they are requesting authority to close the Provincial Books of Accounts in accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
2. Ordinance No. 16-A, dated September 28, 2020 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “ Appropriation Ordinance Authorizing the Utilization of the Amount of One Million Eight Hundred Eight Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Pesos and Forty Eight Centavos (P1,808,370.48) from the Annual Budget Fiscal Year 2020 Other Personnel Benefits Under the Office of the Municipal Mayor for the Implementation of Salary Standardization Law (SSL) 5 Tranched-1 Under the Local Budget Circular (LBC) No. 121 Dated January 24, 2020” .

12. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated November 6, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the enactment and passage of an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 27-20 or the Revenue Code whereby collections that are being deposited to the Trust Fund is to be deposited, instead, to the General Fund particularly those derived from Article D. Fees and Charges for Agricultural Products, Equipment, Facilities and Services; Article E. Provincial Veterinary Fees; and Article F. Use of Capitol Seminar House, Provincial Bus/Jeepney Terminals, Farmers Training Center and the Surigao del Sur Sports Center It was informed that presently, collections from the same are deposited in the Trust Fund and are therefore not recognized in the computation of the revenue growth.
