1. Letter of Ms. Jenneth C. Partosa, OIC-Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, (DBM) Regional Office, CARAGA, Butuan City, dated September 24, 2020, relative to their the implementation of the Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) pursuant to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 101, S. 2020 and DBM Department Order (DO) No. 122, S. 2020 and consistent with DBM Regional Office Order (ROO) No. 50, S. 2020, in order to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 disease in their workplace, the DBM Regional Office requested all agencies/SUCs/LGUs/other offices to submit all documents (budgetary requests, inquiries, communications, BFARS, etc.) to the official DBM email account at dbm ro13@dbm.gov.ph or the official goggle email accounts of the concerned DBM ROXIII personnel. Further, they also requesting all clients-agencies/SUCs/LGUs to provide their email addresses, which will serve as reference in validating all the documents received via email together with officials contact numbers (landline and cellular phone) and contacts person/s.
2. Executive Order No. 31 dated October 28, 2020 issued by Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province, entitled “Amending Paragraph C of Executive Order No. 30 and Modifying Guidelines for Hotels, Restaurants and Similar Establishments in the Province of Surigao del Sur”, for the Body’s information.
