Appropriation Ordinance No. 08 dated October 13, 2020 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 2 of the Local Economic Enterprise of the Municipality of Lanuza for Fiscal Year 2020 in the Amount of Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Nine Pesos and Fifty One Centavos (PhP 48,509.51) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Local Economic Enterprise of the Municipality of Lanuza for Fiscal Year 2020, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 dated October 13, 2020 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 4 of the Municipality of Lanuza for Fiscal Year 2020 in the Amount of Two Million One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Six Pesos and Fifty One Centavos (PhP 2,142,896.51) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Local Government Unit of Lanuza for Fiscal Year 2020, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

6. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, dated October 22, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor/Presiding Officer, all of this Province, requesting for the passage and enactment of an Ordinance declaring the position of Assistant Provincial Administrator permanent in status, effective November 12, 2020, to provide continuity of service of the Office of the Provincial Administrator.

4. Letter of Mr. Ferdinand A. Cortes, Resident Manager, Philsaga Mining Corporation, Bayugan 3, Rosario, Agusan del Sur dated October 8, 2020 addressed to Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, this Province thru the Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Surigao del Sur, providing copies of the approved Two (2) Year Exploration and Environmental Work Programs on behalf of Philex Gold Phils., Inc. (PGPI), for the Body’s information and reference.
