5. 1st endorsement of Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor/Presiding Officer of the 19th Sangguniang Panlalawigan dated October 8, 2020, forwarding to Mrs. Monalisa C. Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the basic communication dated October 6, 2020 of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution authorizing the Provincial Governor to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement, for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur with the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) for the FY 2020 PAMANA (PAyapa and MAsaganang PamayaNAn) Project for implementation in the Province of Surigao del Sur with a total project cost of P10,000,000.00 for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

1. Letter of Mr. Edgardo R. Masongsong, Administrator, National Electrification Administration (NEA), dated September 15, 2020 addressed to Mr. Anthony Almeda, President, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), Diliman, Quezon City, copy furnished this August Body relative to Resolution No. 105, S-2020 of the Board of Directors of Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative (SURSECO II) entitled “Resolution Requiring the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) to Enhance their Information-Education Efforts in Surigao del Sur in Addition to the Solutions Proposed Initially Address Board Resolution No. 079, S-2020”. He further informed the Body that the said Resolution seeks to reinforce the initiatives as promised and agreed upon by NGCP and SURSECO II during the meeting that was presided by Honorable Vice Governor Librado C. Navarro on August 12, 2020 regarding the issues on power interruption in Surigao del Sur.
