Ordinance No. SG-567 dated September 15, 2020 of the Municipality of Hinatuan, this Province entitled “Transferring the Positions of Day Care Worker I and Social Welfare Aide from the Office of the Municipal Mayor to the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development to Include the Appropriation Intended for the Salary and Other Benefits in the Annual Budget of the Municipality FY 2021”.
26. 3. Letter of Atty. Glen A. Pangapalan, General Manager, Philippine Fisheries Development Authority, Elliptical Road Diliman, Quezon City dated September 10, 2020 addressed to Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor/Presiding Officer, Office of the Provincial Council, this Province relative to SP Resolution No. 924-20 of the Province of Surigao del Sur referred to their Office for evaluation by the DBM. He informed this Body that the proposed construction of Fish Port in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur was already included in the list of projects for funding approval/consideration for FY 2021 by the DBM. He further informed that currently, the preliminary updating of the Pre-Feasibility Study conducted by their Agency in year 2008 was already in progress based on the data/information provided/submitted by Bislig City LGU to their office sometime in June 2020. He reiterated also that the Pre-FS is a vital documentary requirement of the DBM in evaluating projects for funding.
