 2. Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 dated July 22, 2020 of the Municipality of Marihatag, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 06, Series of 2020 Involving an Amount of Fifty Eight Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱58,200,000.00) for the (a) Acquisition of Three (3) Units Brand New Heavy Equipment, (b) Acquisition of Three (3) Units Brand New Service Vehicle (c) Lot Acquisition and Land Preparation for the Site of Government Center (d) Construction of Commercial Center and (e) Improvement of IP Building”.

 3. Appropriation Ordinance No. 13 dated August 10, 2020 of the Municipality of Carrascal, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 05, S. 2020, Involving an Amount of Twenty One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Four Pesos and Fifty One Centavos  (PhP21,853,574.51)”.

 5. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this Province dated August 19, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, submitting the  PDC Resolution No. 007 entitled “A Resolution Approving and Endorsing to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the Supplemental of the Annual Investment Program (AIP) FY 2020 Consist of Various Infrastructure Development Projects, Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) and Personal Services that Constitute the 4th Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) Worth Two Hundred Three Million Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos 58/100 (PhP203,218,689.58) of the Province of Surigao del Sur for Approval and Adoption” and Supplemental Annual Investment Program (SAIP) No. 04  FY 2020 Worth Two Hundred Three Million Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos 58/100 (PhP203,218,689.58) of the Province of Surigao del Sur”, for the Body’s approval and adoption.

 7. Ordinance No. 04 dated August 3, 2020 of the Municipality of Tagbina, this Province entitled “Ordinance Setting the Rules and Regulations, and Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed by All Constituents and Transients of the Municipality of Tagbina, Province of Surigao del Sur During the COVID 19 Pandemic and Other Similar Circumstances, and Penalizing Violations Thereof”.

 8. Letter of Mr. Corsino M. Galela, Jr., Principal III, Madrid National High School, Madrid dated August 13, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this Province, requesting for SP Resolution waiving all claims and rights on donated Lot No. 262, CAD. 408 of Local Government Unit of Madrid located at Barangay Linibunan, Madrid, this Province in favor of Madrid National High School for submission to CENRO Cantilan as one of the necessary requirements needed for School Site Special Patent application since their request for the aforesaid Patent was not acted by the DENR CENRO Cantilan because in their records verification, the subject lot is still listed under the name of the Provincial Government,  for the body’s  information and appropriate action.
