Famacion, CESO III, Regional Director, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Region XIII, Butuan City dated July 21, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, acknowledging receipt of the copy of the Body’s Resolution No. 864-20, Series of 2020, entitled “Earnestly Requesting the Inter-Agency Task Force, CARAGA Region XIII, Butuan City to Consider the Removal of Barrier/Shield in the Provision of the Guidelines for Allowing Motorcycle Backride to Married Couples and Live-in Partners”. She informed the Body that the CARAGA Inter-Agency Task Force is not the proper forum to pass upon the request of the Body considering that the national policies and guidelines emanate from IATF and same Body only has the authority to approve and/or consider the request.
