1. Letter of Hon. Reynaldo G. Selades, Municipal Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Tago, this province dated July 29, 2020, pertaining to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 863-20 dated June 14, 2020. He informed the Body that the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Tago, this Province enacted Municipal Ordinance No. RP-08 on May 12, 2020 entitled “An Ordinance Penalizing Violators Under the Declaration of State of Public Health Emergency and Community Quarantine During the Threat Brought About by Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19) Pandemic, and by Providing Fines and Penalties Thereof”, and has already affirmed/approved by virtue of SP Resolution No. 749-20 dated June 2, 2020. He further informed the Body that under Section 4 of the subject Ordinance, the mandatory and proper wearing of face masks and the observance of social/physical distances are strictly imposed and the corresponding penalties are provided in Section 6 of the same Ordinance.
