9. Ist Indorsement of Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, this Province dated June 23, 2020, forwarding to Mrs. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the basic communication of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting for the passage of a Resolution authorizing the latter to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur with the Systems and Plans Integrator and Development Corporation (SPIDC) for the Surigao del Sur Computerization Upgrading Project, for the Body’s information and appropriate action.
