13. Ordinance No. 011 dated April 1, 2020 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Mandating the Conduct of a General Community Quarantine in the City of Tandag From April 1, 2020 Until April 21, 2020 Amid the COVID 19 Threat, Unless Modified, Extended or Withdrawn Through Another Ordinance”.

1. Letter from Joselito B. Caballero, District Engineer, Surigao del Sur, Ist District Engineering Office, Department of Public Works and Highways, Tandag City, this Province dated April 3, 2020, addressed to Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, thru Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, all of this Province relative to Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 460-20, requesting DPWH 1st District Engineering Office for funding the unfinished portion of Tago Diversion Road, Tago, Surigao del Sur. He informed the August Body that the said portion of the project is funded under CY 2020 DPWH Infrastructure Program and it is now ongoing. The stoppage of the work was brought about by the inability of workers from Butuan City to pass thru numerous check points and materials to be used in the said project. He further informed that the said project is under contract with the EQUI-PARCO Construction Company from Butuan City.
2. Resolution No. 060 dated April 8, 2020 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Adopting Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 478-20, Series of 2020 Entitled 'Earnestly Requesting All Local Government Units (LGUs) in the Province of Surigao del Sur to Safeguard the Entry of Boats to the Maritime Coastal Water Boundaries in their Respective Area of Jurisdiction' for the City of Tandag”.
3. Resolution No. 061 dated April 8, 2020 of the City of Tandag, this Province entitled “Adopting Sangguniang Panlalawigan Ordinance No. 28-20 Dated March 17, 2020 Entitled 'Prohibiting the Sneaking-In and Smuggling of Contrabands in All Jails and Custodial Facilities in the Province of Surigao del Sur and Imposing Penalties for Violations Thereof' for the City of Tandag”.
4. Letter of Mr. Gary R. Martel, CPA, MPA, CESO III, Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management (DBM), CARAGA Region, Butuan City, dated April 16, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all of this Province, informing the Body that the review of the FY 2020 Supplemental Budget (SB) No. 1 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an amount of P92,550,007.49 authorized under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 31-2020 dated March 31, 2020 which was submitted for review on April 7, 2020, reveals substantial compliance with the same law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Budget Operations Manual (BOM) for Government Units 2016 Edition.
