Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, dated April 6, 2020 requesting the Honorable Body a passage of the appropriate legislation in compliance with the recommendations expressed by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office, CARAGA Region XIII in its review letter dated January 30, 2020 on the CY 2020 Annual Budget of the Province, particularly Finding No. 4, recommended among others, rectification of the position title of One (1) Driver Position, Item No. 6, Salary Grade 4/1 to Driver II, Salary Grade 4/1 in the Plantilla of Personnel of the Office of the Governor pursuant to Budget Circular No. 2004-3 dated March 5, 2004 “Conversion of Positions Performing Staff/Non-Technical Functions”, for the Body’s information.
