Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this province, relative to the latter’s request to the Honorable Body for an urgent passage of an Ordinance creating the Provincial Internal Audit Service as new Department of the Province of Surigao del Sur, in view of Administrative Order No. 70 of the Department of Budget and Management directing all heads of government offices including LGUs to immediately organize an Internal Audit Service in their respective offices, for the Body’s immediate action.
