Navarro, Vice Governor, this Province dated February 6, 2020, forwarding to Mrs. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this province, the attached Ist Indorsement from the Department of Interior and Local Government dated February 5, 2020, relative to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2020-019 dated February 3, 2020 from Hon. Eduardo M. Año, Secretary, DILG, Manila, regarding the 30th National Convention of the PBMLP on March 12-14, 2020 at Sofitel, Philippine Plaza, Pasay City with the theme “Instituting Greater Partnerships with NGA’s Towards Legislative Performance Review”. Apropos to the aforesaid Memorandum, the National President of PBMLP, Hon. Ferdinand P. Labung also informed the Body that Elections of New Set of Officers will also be conducted. Beside the said elections, the above-mentioned convention is meant to outline a positive realignment of the programs and projects based on concepts and ideas that are seen to immensely contribute to the formulation of the respective Provincial Development Agenda. Further, he informed that Registration Fee per participants Seventeen Thousand (P17,000.00), for Twin-Sharing, to defray the cost of food and hotel accommodation for Two (2) nights and Three (3) days, including the kit and materials required for the activity. However, Registration Fee for Single Occupancy is Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (P24,000.00). Likewise, payment of Term Dues in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00) and Membership Fee of Five Thousand (P5,000.00) will be collected from Members who have not settled such.
