1. Letter of Engr. Joselito B. Caballero, District Engineer, Department of Public Works and Highways, 1st District Engineering Office, Regional Office XIII, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur dated January 20, 2020 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province, informing the Body that the DPWH Surigao del Sur has its new leadership in the person of the latter as the District Engineer of the First District Engineering Office vice Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan who is reassigned in the Regional Office, Butuan City as per Special Order 01, dated January 10, 2020, for the Body’s information and guidance.

2. Acknowledgement Receipt from the Department of Energy, Taguig City in connection with Resolution 209 dated October 22, 2019 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur, informing the Body that the said document was already forwarded to the Office of Director Cesar G. Dela Fuente III on November 29, 2019 for his information and appropriate action. It was advised that the document be followed up through Contact No. (02) 479-2900.

3. Decision on ERC Case No. 2015-139 RC dated April 10, 2019 issued by Agnes VST Devanadera, Chairperson & CEO, Energy Regulatory Commission, Pasig City in connection with the Petition for the Availment of the National Power Corporation’s Stranded Contract Costs Portion of the Universal Charge for Calendar Year 2014 and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation, with prayer for the issuance of Provisional Authority (PA).

4. Decision on ERC Case No. 2015-144 RC dated January 15, 2019 issued by Agnes VST Devanadera, Chairperson & CEO, Energy Regulatory Commission, Pasig City in connection with the Petition for True Up Adjustment of the National Power Corporation’s Stranded Debts Portion of the Universal Charge for the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Grids for Calendar Year 2014 and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM), with the prayer for the issuance of Provisional Authority (PA).

5. Ist Indorsement of Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, this Province dated January 27, 2020 forwarding to Mrs. Monalisa C. Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the communication from Mr. Pedrito P. alacaba, CESO V, Provincial Director, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), informing to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Honorable Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this province that the Regional Project Management Team of their Office will conduct a Town Hall Meeting and Dialogue on Constitutional Reform (CORE) on January 30,2020, Thursday at 1:00 in the afternoon at Linungaw Hall, Villa Maria Luisa Hotel, Tandag City, this province for the Body's information and appropriate action.
