Ordinance No. 26-15 dated November 17, 2015 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipality of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur Fiscal Year 2016 in the Total Amount of Eighty Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Eight (P82,793,428.00) Pesos Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2016 and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.

Ordinance No. 27-15 dated November 17, 2015 of the Municipality of Cagwait, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Appropriating the Amount of Seven Million Seven Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Five (P7,798,705.00) Pesos from the Income Derived in the Operation of the Municipal Economic Enterprise Owned and Operated by the Local Government Unit of Cagwait, Surigao del Sur for the Operation of the same from January 1 to December 31, 2016”.

Ordinance No. 09-2015 dated November 4, 2015 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Prescribing the Routes and Payment of Public Utility Vehicles and Thereby Allowing their Entry to San Agustin Overland Transport Terminal for Loading and Unloading of Passengers and Cargoes, and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof”.
9. Ordinance No. 24-2015 dated November 4, 2015 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Setting Guidelines for the Operations and Maintenance of the Overland Transport Terminal of the Municipality of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur”.

10. Letter of Ms. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan addressed to the Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, all of this Province Dated October 15, 2015 submitting the SP Quarterly Report for July 1 to September 30, 2015 for this Body’s information, guidance and approval.

11. Ordinance No. 48-2015 dated November 11, 2015 of the Municipality of San Agustin, this Province entitled “An Ordinance Prescribing the Use, Operations and Maintenance of the Family Resource Training Center of the Municipality of San Agustin, Surigao del Sur”.

1. Letter of Hon. Rogelio L. Singson, Secretary, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Manila, addressed to Honorable Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., Vice Governor, this Province dated November 13, 2015 pertaining to Resolution No. 1071-15 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur entitled “Requesting Funds for the Construction of Concrete Bridges to Replace the Existing Daru-agdan and Lumaos Bridges, Barangay Malixi, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur”. He informed that he recognized the importance of the above mentioned local infrastructure projects for the development of the Province of Surigao del Sur, however, the DPWH priorities are the development and upgrading of the national roads and bridges and flood control systems in majorand principal river basins. He then suggested that the aforesaid request be addressed to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), for consideration under the Capital Outlays Program of the said Department.
2. Letter of Mr. Michelle F. Alcid, Provincial Board Secretary, Province of Cavite, addressed to Honorable Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., thru Mr. Ace. R. Orcullo, Acting Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, both this Province dated November 9, 2015 in response to Resolution No. 945-15 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur entitled “Requesting the House of Representatives, Quezon City to Amend Section 138 of the Local Government Code of 1991 by Devolving to the Provinces the Power to Levy Taxes on Minerals, Sand and Gravel Extracted from the Private Lands”. He informed that the same was transmitted and deliberated upon during the 114th Regular Session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Cavite held on November 2, 2015 and the Sanggunian took note of the said resolution.

The Committee Meeting of the 17th Sangguniang Panlalawigan will be held on December 14, 2015 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon and the 119th Regular Session will be on December 15, 2015 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Legislative Building, Capitol Hills, Tandag City, this Province.
