 3. Omnibus Motion/Motion for Reconsideration on ERC Case No. 2015-175 RC issued by the Counsel for the Applicant of the Energy Regulatory Commission, Pasig City in the Matter of the Joint Application for the Approval of the Electric Power Purchase Agreement (EPPA) Entered into By and Between Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SURSECO II) and FDC Misamis Power Corporation, for posting and for the Body’s information.

 4. Notice of Hearing on BMC Case No. 2019-158 dated October 18, 2019 issued by Mr. Adriano B. Consunji, Chief, Commission Secretariat of National Telecommunications Commission, Quezon City in connection with the Application of Kaissar Broadcasting Network, Inc. (KBNI), requesting for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to install, operate and maintain FM Radio Broadcast Station in Bislig City, Surigao del Sur and Provisional Authority (PA) pending final determination of the application.It is further informed that the hearing will be on November 11, 2019 (Monday) at ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 A.M.) at the Legal Branch, 3rd Floor, NTC Building, National Telecommunications Commission, BIR Road, East Triangle, Diliman, Quezon City.

 5. Notice of Hearing on CCC Case No. 2019-163 dated October 22, 2019 issued by Mr. Adriano B.
