Omnibus Motion/Motion for Reconsideration on ERC Case No. 2015-175 RC issued by the Counsel for the Applicant of the Energy Regulatory Commission, Pasig City in the Matter of the Joint Application for the Approval of the Electric Power Purchase Agreement (EPPA) Entered into By and Between Surigao del Sur II Electric Cooperative, Inc.
