1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 dated November 9, 2019 of the Municipality of Lanuza, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Authorizing the Supplemental Budget No. 3 of the Municipality of Lanuza for Fiscal Year 2019 in the Amount of One Million Five Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Forty Four Pesos and Fifty Two Centavos (₱1,530,544.52) Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2019, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose”.
2. Letter from Mr. Charles B. Tonera, CPA, Provincial Accountant, this Province dated November 12, 2019 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all of this Province, requesting for an authority to close the Provincial books of accounts of the current year in accordance with the existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations and in compliance with the requirement from the Commission on Audit to submit the year-end financial reports on or before February 14, 2020, for the Body’s appropriate action.

5. Letter from Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor addressed to the Honorable Members of the Provincial Council thru Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor, all of this Province, requesting the August Body to grant him the authority to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Adela Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center (ASTMMC) relative to “Health Assistance to the Young, Elderly and Couples”.

Navarro, Vice Governor of Surigao del Sur to Finally Settle the Boundary Conflict Between Barangay Alegria, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur and Barangay Campbagang, Barobo, Surigao del Sur".

Letter from ReD Garry Martel, CPA, MPA, CESO III, Regional Director of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Regional Office No. XIII, Butuan City dated November 4, 2019 addressed to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, all of this Province, informing the August Body that the submitted FY 2019 Supplemental Budget No. 5 of the Province of Surigao del Sur, involving an appropriation of ₱8,307,877.61 under Appropriation Ordinance (AO) No. 10-19 dated October 1, 2019 has been reviewed by their Office on October 3, 2019 and it reveals substantial compliance with the law and the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act (RA) No. 7160).
