 5. Letter of Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel, Provincial Governor, this province, dated July 1, 2019 addressed to Hon. Librado C. Navarro, Vice Governor thru the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, all of this province, asking for Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution granting authority to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Province of Surigao del Sur representing Bislig District Hospital and the Philippine Charity Sweeptakes Office (PCSO), regarding the granting of financial assistance from PCSO in the maximum amount of Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P18,800,000.00) for the procurement of one (1) unit of Surgical C-Arm Xray and one (1) unit of Automated Synchronized Tube-to-Detector 500mA Digital Radiography Machine for the use of Bislig District Hospital, Province of Surigao del Sur.
