Appropriation Ordinance No. 01 dated March 20, 2019 of the Municipality of Cortes, this Province, entitled “An Ordinance Appropriating the Total Amount of Nine Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty One Pesos (P 938,441.00) Only from the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2019 for the Operation of the Municipality of Cortes Province of Surigao del Sur and for Other Purposes”

2. Letter of Mr. Gary R. Martel, CPA, MPA, CESO III, Regional Director, Department of Budget and Management, Regional Office XIII, CARAGA, Butuan City, dated April 5, 2019 addressed to the Honorable Members, Sangguniang Panlalawigan thru the Honorable Provincial Governor, Manuel O. Alameda, Sr., informing this August Body on their review of the FY 2019 Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the Province of Surigao del Sur involving an appropriation of P60,315,896.19 under Appropriation Ordinance No. 123-19 dated February 7, 2019 which reveals substantial compliance with the Local Government Code of 1991 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Accordingly, the said Appropriation Ordinance is declared operative on its stated date of effectivity except on some items that are subject to posting requirement and compliance to Items Nos. 1 to 4. Copy of the action taken thereon shall be furnished to the DBM.
