1. Letter of Atty. Michelle Angelica D. Go, Assistant Secretary, Office of the Field Operations-Mindanao, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City dated January 4, 2019 addressed to Mrs. Monalisa Cañedo-Su, Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, informing the Body of the action taken by the Forest Management Bureau (FMB) concerning Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. 1118-18 of the Province of Surigao del Sur supporting the lifting of DENR Memorandum dated January 30, 2012 that suspends the implementation of all co-management programs in the country. She further informed the Body that the said request was already acted by FMB through a Memorandum to the Regional Executive Director of DENR, Region XIII dated November 28, 2018.
2. Letter from Engr. Ruel B. Bantugan, MPA, District Engineer, Department of Public Works and Highways, Surigao del Sur, 1st District Engineering Office, Regional Office XIII, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur dated February 4, 2019 addressed to the Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province furnishing a copy of the Status Report of Project Implementation undertaken by the DPWH-SDS 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for the month of January 2019 for the guidance and information of this Body.
