Plaza, OIC-Regional Director, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, CARAGA Administrative Region,Butuan City addressed to the Tanggapan ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan, this Province dated July 23, 2018, acknowledging receipt of SP Resolution No. 1080, Series of 2018 on the authority given by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Surigao del Sur to Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, to sign a Deed of Donation covering a portion of lot in favor of NCIP CARAGA for the construction of Multi-Purpose Building for the ICCs/IPs. She conveyed her profound gratitude to the consistent generosity and support of the Province of Surigao del Sur to NCIP CARAGA and the ICCs/IPs in general.
2. 2nd Indorsement of Ms. Marjorie V. Pagaran, Development Management Officer IV, for and in behalf of Hon. Vicente T. Pimentel, Jr., Provincial Governor, both this Province dated July 31, 2018 indorsing to the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan the 1st Indorsement dated July 30, 2018 from Mr. Pedrito P.
